Booking and deposits

A booking is confirmed when the $50 deposit is paid. The deposit is applied to the total; the balance is due on the day the work is completed, after you have seen it.

We need at least 24 hours' notice to schedule a booking, and the arrival window we confirm the day before is an estimate — traffic and the job before yours can move it. We text or email if it moves by more than an hour.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancel more than 24 hours before your slot and the deposit is refunded in full, to the original payment method.

Inside 24 hours we keep the deposit, because a slot that short-notice is usually not refillable. If we cancel — weather, vehicle trouble, illness — you are refunded in full regardless of notice.

If it rains, interior work goes ahead. For exterior work we will call the morning of and move the booking at no charge rather than rush it.

Pricing and changes on the day

The price you see when you book is the price you pay. Prices are published by vehicle size on our pricing page and are calculated before you pay a deposit.

Some add-ons are priced "from" a floor because the work genuinely varies — heavy staining and odour treatment are the common ones. Where that applies we say so at booking, and we confirm the final number with you on site before we start. You can decline the add-on at that point and we proceed without it.

We never add a charge after the work is done that you did not approve before it started.

Access, water, and power

We bring our own water and power. An outdoor tap and an outlet make the job faster but are not required — tell us at booking if you have neither so we load the tank.

You are responsible for making the vehicle accessible and for clearing any permission needed from an HOA, landlord, or complex office. Tell us the complex at booking and we are happy to send that notice for you.

We cannot work in a space we cannot safely set up in. If we arrive and the vehicle is unreachable, we will try to reschedule; if we cannot, the deposit is treated as a late cancellation.

What we will and will not promise

Detailing improves the condition of a vehicle. It does not make an old car new, and some damage is permanent.

We will tell you before we start if something cannot be fixed — etched clear coat, burned paint, torn upholstery, permanent dye transfer. We would rather lose the add-on than take money for work that will not deliver.

A ceramic coating does not prevent rock chips. Anyone who tells you it does is selling.

Satisfaction

If something we did is not right, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and fix it at no charge. That is the whole policy.

Insurance and liability

We are licensed and insured, including coverage for vehicles while they are in our care. A certificate is available on request, before you book.

We are liable for damage we cause. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, for failures unrelated to our work, or for items left in the vehicle — please take valuables out before we arrive.

Text messages

Text message consent is obtained through a dedicated checkbox at booking. The checkbox is unchecked by default, consent is optional, and consent is never a condition of service.

If you opt in, you may receive booking confirmations, reminders, review requests, and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Replying STOP unsubscribes your number from all of our messages, including booking confirmations and day-of updates. We will continue to email you those, so opting out never costs you information about your own booking.
